ExperienceClio has spent the past six years as a Senior Consultant at TMS, accrediting HR and Management Consulting professionals from organisations in Australia and in the Asia-Pacific region to use the TMS Profiles. She has been a presenter at national conferences, international events and professional bodies on managing people and maximising performance through the TMS approach.Clio has 15 years experience in Learning and Development; she has worked with a broad range of organisations in the areas of Team and Leadership Development, Performance Development, HR Strategy and Policy Development, and Organisational Change. Prior to her role at TMS, Clio headed Training and Development in Queensland’s second largest Tertiary and Further Education Institute, where she developed and implemented a number of major change initiatives.
