Chris Burton

Experience

Chris has been working with TMS for over a decade and in this time has accredited hundreds of TMS practitioners. The majority of his work sees him delivering accreditation training throughout Australia and around the Asia Pacific region as well as providing facilitator support to TMS network members. Chris is also called on to present at various conferences and professional forums throughout the region.

Graduate Diploma Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations
Master of Business Administration
Master Trainer for TMS; accredited to use and interpret the full suite of TMS instruments
Chris is a member of AIPF (Australian Institute of Professional Facilitators), member of AIM (Australian Institute of Management) and member of AHRI (Australian Human Resource Institute). In addition to being a TMS Master trainer, he is accredited in various other feedback tools.

Chris is an Explorer Promoter so it’s no surprise that he tends to be an energetic and enthusiastic facilitator who likes to accommodate the needs and interests of his learners. With a wealth of TMS knowledge to draw from, Chris enjoys exploring the connections between the TMS theory and the operational realities of the contemporary workspace.

Clio Robertson

Experience

Clio has spent the past six years as a Senior Consultant at TMS, accrediting HR and Management Consulting professionals from organisations in Australia and in the Asia-Pacific region to use the TMS Profiles. She has been a presenter at national conferences, international events and professional bodies on managing people and maximising performance through the TMS approach.

Clio has 15 years experience in Learning and Development; she has worked with a broad range of organisations in the areas of Team and Leadership Development, Performance Development, HR Strategy and Policy Development, and Organisational Change.

Prior to her role at TMS, Clio headed Training and Development in Queensland’s second largest Tertiary and Further Education Institute, where she developed and implemented a number of major change initiatives.

Sarah Eqbal

Experience

As a member of the TMS training team, Sarah delivers TMS accreditation workshops throughout Australia. When not in workshops, she provides workshop assistance and proactive support to our accredited members. Sarah enjoys writing informative and thought-provoking articles for the TMS blog. She has worked in a variety of industries and facilitated training in many different settings from hospitality, to primary maths coaching, to CRM systems to psychometric feedback tools.

Sarah is truly energised by what she does. She shares her energy and enthusiasm with her workshop participants. She enjoys guiding participants through the accreditation process pausing at every opportunity to discuss and analyse the content with participants. Perhaps this has something to do with her preferred role as an Assessor-Developer.

It is all about creating the right environment which is conducive to learning. This involves monitoring and influencing energy levels and mood in workshops. You can do this by using energisers and different types of music when you notice your participants need a pick me up or a mood change.
