The latest enhancements to the TMP provides learners with their own personal online activity centre, giving them access to online interactive activities, instant snapshot data on work priorities, global trends and special videos. All these extra advanced features ensure learners get the most out of their TMP. 

 

For TMP-accredited facilitators, these online activities help create a richer TMP debrief session. It also provides additional next steps to workshop designs, ensuring learning after a TMS workshop stays on the agenda.

Taking personalisation to new levels

The latest enhancements offer learners a unique way of engaging with their TMP results. Learners log in to their own personal online activity centre where they have access to interactive applications or 'Apps'. These online Apps are designed to interact with an individual’s personal TMP results. All the expert tips are also customised against an individual’s work preferences. This makes the whole TMP feedback experience more personal and meaningful for the learner.

Job Demand-Work Preference

This App provides real-time personalised match information between work preferences and critical Types of Work. The interactive facility has been redesigned with an E-Coach video to guide participants through the App. In addition, the flag diagram now provides interactive feedback. Clicking on each of the flags in the diagram will provide information from a database of 200 customised texts for the respondent.

 

Pacing

The Pacing App is an interactive activity designed to help you improve your communication with others by providing specific and customised advice on ‘pacing’ a particular individual. In the redesign, an E-Coach video, personalised to the respondents 16-Fold role preference, has been added to guide participants through the App and the interpretation of the feedback which is selected from over 256 customised texts.

Two new interactive quizzes have been added to enable respondents to test their knowledge of TMS concepts in a fun learning environment.

 

Overview

The Overview App allows end-users to review core TMS theory with three new videos exclusive to TMSProfiles.com.

The Reluctant Engineer

A useful App for explaining the importance of job demand – work preference match. In this video, TMS co-author, Dr Dick McCann discusses his early days as an engineer and the problems he encountered when his work preferences didn’t match the job he was required to do.

 

E-Coach Videos

All respondents who have an E-Profile App allocated by their facilitator will have an E-Coach video included on their personal Profile site. The E-Coach is Dr. Dick McCann and the video is designed to introduce respondents to E-Profile Apps and to explain how they can enhance their learning experience.

Getting started and useful information for TMP facilitators

• The TMS Apps are available to all Team Management Profile accredited facilitators. 
• Apps are accessible through the E-Profiles option on www.TMSProfiles.com. 
• Access to the Apps is available to respondents for 12 months unlimited access online.
• There is a small charge for the Pacing App and the Job Demand-Work Preference. The other five Apps are complimentary for Profile users.
• If your respondent completed a TMP questionnaire and received a hard copy Profile from TMS in the last 12 months, their Profile can be uploaded for use with the TMS Apps.
