Diversity & Inclusion, Team, Diversity

IWD 820x430

At Team Management Systems, we choose to challenge workplace gender stereotypes and inequity.

We recognise the value of an individual’s contribution regardless of their gender. We replace automatic judgement with curiosity about one another. We value diversity of thought. We value preference. We value individual difference in a conscious, positive way and we use this information to create inclusive and high performing teams.

The foundation upon which our Team Management Profile sits, is the concept of power through diversity. Every role preference is important and equally valued. We support individuals, teams and leaders to bring their best selves to work and use the power of complementarity to achieve great things.

Diversity of thought is celebrated with each person bringing a unique perspective to their team. Combining our unique experiences and knowledge allows teams to generate more creative and effective solutions to problems. And this diversity is vital to making well-informed decisions. Let’s make better use of the diversity we have in the room.

Today we celebrate the talented women of TMS and our extended network. We love hearing the incredible stories of the work you do to challenge bias, question inequality, cheer each other on and harness the power of human potential. We stand with you as you continue to close the gender pay gap and promote women into leadership roles. Thank you for your amazing contributions to our industry and those in which you work.

We now choose to challenge you to shout out the amazing women you know who take a stance against gender bias and stereotypes, those who fight for equality and inclusivity every day.
