Many of our events are booked months in advance, meaning that cancellations at short notice create a lost opportunity for our valued clients as well as additional administrative and resourcing costs. We understand that plans can change, however, Cancellation and Rescheduling Fees may be applicable.

1. TMS will commence work once the tax invoice is paid in full.

2. TMS Direct for Teams:

a. Additional Profiles ordered after the initial order in a TMS for Teams booking will be charged at $165 per profile plus $35 Managed Service Fee per request plus GST. 

b. A credit note valid for twelve months will be issued for any unused and not started Profiles in a TMS for Teams booking, less a $20 (ex GST) Cancellation and Administration fee.

c. No refund or credit note will be considered for commenced or completed Profile Questionnaires. 

3. TMS Direct Re-schedule Fees: 

a. TMS permits one free of charge Re-schedule Fee with more than 48 hours notice. 

b. The second and subsequent re-schedule will be invoiced a Re-schedule Fee $50 (Ex GST).

c. Any re-schedule requested within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be considered a cancellation and cancellation fees may apply.

4. TMS Direct Cancellation Fee: TMS reserves the right to charge a Managed Service fee to cover the administrative costs of any cancelled TMS Direct sessions. TMS offers a credit note valid for 12 months for cancelled orders.

a. TMS Direct for Individuals:

i. Unpaid invoices will not incur a cancellation fee.

ii. Bookings cancelled where the Profile has been completed will not be refunded or credited.

iii. Bookings cancelled between 10 working days and 48 hours prior to the booking and where the Profile has not been completed may incur a Managed Service Fee of $100 (ex GST).

iv. Bookings cancelled between 24-48 hours of the booking and where the Profile has not been completed may incur a Managed Service Fee of $197 (ex GST).

v. Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the booking and where the Profile has not been completed may incur a Managed Service Fee equal to the cost of the Debrief and Profile.

b. TMS Direct for Teams:

i. Unpaid invoices will not incur a cancellation fee. 

ii. For bookings cancelled where Profile/s have been completed, the cost of the Profile/s will not be refunded or credited. 

iii. Bookings cancelled between 10 working days and 48 hours prior to the booking will incur a Managed Service Fee of $500 (ex GST) plus the cost of completed Profiles.

iv. Bookings cancelled between 24-48 hours of the booking will incur a Managed Service Fee of $700 (ex GST) plus the cost of completed Profiles.

v. Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the booking will incur a Managed Service Fee equal to the cost of the Debrief plus the cost of completed Profiles.
