Team Management Profile (TMP)
The Team Management Profile is a personalised report that gives individuals insights into how they work and their preferred role within a team, based on the Margerison-McCann Team Management Wheel. Focusing on work preferences as well as individual differences makes it easy to connect individual development to operational realities in the workplace.

How it works
A 60-item profile questionnaire measures an individual’s work preferences to give you a personalised report showing your major and two related roles on the Team Management Wheel. You may choose to receive the results back as a hardcopy, professionally bound report; or choose to receive the results instantly using our e-Profile option.

The TMP is practical and insightful and it is underpinned by research which makes it credible. It encourages tolerance and diversity, which is important in our business. It gives people a common language to use when discussing team performance and it is now a widely accepted part of our business.

As a facilitator, the Team Management Profile opens doors for me practically as a training needs analysis tool and emotionally as a means of creating trust...For managers, the Team Management Profile provides tangible ideas for future organisational development….For teams, it provides a more grounded sense of what ‘good communication’ and ‘celebrating diversity’ actually means.
