Accreditation with the TMP actually gets you accredited with three tools.
Within Australia and wider Asia-Pacific region, accreditation in the TMP now qualifies you for a complimentary accreditation in one of our other profiles: Opportunities-Obstacles (QO2) Profile, Window on Work Values (WoWV) Profile or Linking Leader Profile (LLP|360).
In addition to the TMP, you will automatically be accredited in the Team Signals multi-rater assessment, an excellent tool to understand the causes of a team's disengagement.

I’m in! How does it work?

When you register for accreditation in our profiles you'll get acquainted with our models in an e-module before the workshops. Here’s an overview of what it looks like:
- One-on-One - Get started with a one-on-one conversation with the Master Trainer
- Theory - Work through the technical information in an e-module
- Workshops - Work through a best practice agenda and learn how to deliver a workshop.
- Onboarding - Practice the skills and explore practical ways to use the tools in your business.

Yes we do! For organisations looking to accredit more than four people at the same time we can offer an in-house accreditation. This will enable you and your team to have catered learnings, addressing the specific needs of your organisation. In addition to learning the theory underpinning our psychometric assessment tools, we can focus on specific applications suited to your environment.
