Congratulations to Orchid Lee, Justin Yun, Ja Seo Koo, Bomi Kim, Mo Kim, and Seungmin Lee TMP accredited practitioners

We’re proud to announce the success of a major milestone, the completion of our first-ever Team Management Profile (TMP) Accreditation Workshop in Seoul, Korea. This historic session brought together a remarkable group of HR, L&D, coaching, and business leaders who are now officially part of the global TMP accredited community.

The workshop, held on 8-9 July 2025, was expertly facilitated by Hoh Kim, our first Korean TMP Master Trainer. Hoh’s thoughtful guidance, dynamic delivery and ability to engage the group made this debut session truly special. From lively discussions to a creative competition where participants designed TMP posters and presentations, the energy and enthusiasm in the room were inspiring.

We are honoured to welcome our new accredited practitioners: Orchid Lee, Justin (Duck-su) Yun, Ja Seo Koo, Bomi Kim, Mo Kim, and Seungmin Lee.

Their passion for growth and commitment to developing people shone through and their feedback and suggestions only enriched the experience for everyone involved.

This workshop was the result of months of planning, beginning last October, and it was incredibly rewarding to see the vision realised. We’re already looking forward to the next Korean TMP Accreditation Workshop on 9-10 September 2025.

Curious about how the TMP drives real business impact?

The TMP goes beyond personality tests, it’s a practical, task-focused psychometric tool that helps organisations align their people with the work that energises them most.

Here are just some of the ways it helps businesses:

  • Team Development - With TMP build a common language for collaboration, accelerate team cohesion and understand how team members prefer to work.
  • Diagnosing Team Challenges - TMP surfaces the root causes of team issues, such as gaps in work preferences or friction between approaches. Acquire ways to resolve those challenges constructively.
  • Structuring Work and Meetings - Use the TMP’s Types of Work framework to distribute tasks effectively and prevent burnout by aligning work to preferences.
  • Coaching Leaders and Individuals - Help leaders identify blind spots, develop behavioural flexibility and adapt as they move into new or more strategic roles.
  • Team Charter Development - Create clear expectations, align team values with roles, and define contributions explicitly to foster alignment and purpose.

If you’re not yet accredited, now is the perfect time to join the growing community of professionals using the TMP to help teams and individuals achieve more together.

Congratulations again to all our new TMP Accredited Practitioners in Korea, we can’t wait to see the incredible impact you’ll create!
