The Window on Work Values (WoWV) Profile is a practical, research-backed tool for understanding the values that shape how people work, lead and make decisions. The WoWV is especially effective with executive teams, helping leaders examine how values influence strategic delivery — and when different approaches may be needed.
To ensure the highest standards of ethical care, the WoWV must only be delivered and debriefed by appropriately trained professionals who have completed accreditation through TMS.

Learning Objectives
The accreditation will provide you with the theory and concepts that underpin the Profile. You’ll walk away with the ability to help others understand their individual values and navigate misalignment between personal and organisational values.
Accredited practitioners learn how to:
- Interpret and debrief the WoWV Profile.
- Facilitate meaningful conversations about values and alignment with culture.
- Apply the model to real-world contexts such as strategy execution, cultural change, team development and leadership growth.
- Support teams to turn insight into action, even when values are in tension.
Accreditation structure
The accreditation process is designed to be practical, focused and immediately usable:
- Pre-work: Complete an the WoWV Questionnaire and receive a personal coaching session by one of our WoWV Master Trainers to debrief your WoWV Profile.
- Workshop: Attend an interactive half day workshop to deepen your knowledge, practice application and build confidence in running your own sessions using the WoWV.
- Post-training access: Get full access to the TMS Global Portal, including facilitator tools, profile resources and optional follow-up coaching
