We’re excited to officially welcome Korea’s newest Team Management Profile (TMP) Accredited Practitioners into the global TMS community! Congratulations to Migyu Lee, Jay Jieun Kim, Jamie Sunyoung, and Soonhyo Kwon, and the many more who participated in Korea’s inaugural TMP Accreditation Workshops since July.
These sessions were expertly led by Dr. Hoh Kim, our first Korean TMP Master Trainer. Dr. Kim shared his reflections on the energy and progress made during these sessions:

And the results are already impressive. In just weeks after accreditation, our new practitioners have begun making meaningful contributions inside their organisations. They are:
- Launching 'Career Crafting' workshops that help individuals align career direction with personal work preferences.
- Streamlining CEO onboarding using TMP insights to accelerate leadership integration.
- Enhancing regional project collaboration by mapping team roles and work styles.
- Conducting insightful team assessments to improve group dynamics and performance.
These early applications speak to the power and practicality of the TMP giving leaders, coaches and HR professionals a shared language to:
- Understand how individuals prefer to work.
- Identify team strengths and gaps.
- Align roles and responsibilities with energy and motivation.
- Build trust, collaboration and engagement across teams.
Dr. Kim adds:
